We are Genie, Tony, Julia and Emma (the farm dog). We have owned our farm since December 2003. Our permanent home is San Diego, CA.

Over the past few years, we have tried to oversee the farm from our home in California, visiting 4-6 times a year. That’s an impossible task, considering how fast plants grow in Hawaii, including the weeds!

The "girls" moved to Hawaii in 2007 when Julia started high school. Now Genie is able to do much of the day-to-day labor with Emma’s companionship. Tony visits every 2-3 months and helps with the big jobs. Julia helps, as long as the work involves driving the Gator and doesn’t involve contact with spiders, worms or centipedes! We use experienced workers to help with the time-consuming tasks such as hand-picking the cherry and pruning the trees.
