At this time, we are shipping to United States customers. If you are located outside of the United States, please contact us to arrange shipping. We will roast coffee every Monday and ship using U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail on Tuesday.

Shipping costs for bagged coffee:

• Up to 2 pounds bagged coffee: $4.95
• More than 2 pounds and up to 6 pounds bagged coffee: $10.35
• More than 6 pounds and up to 10 pounds bagged coffee: $13.95

For larger orders or express shipping, we will find the most economical mode of shipping utilizing either USPS or FedEx. To avoid delayed delivery, please provide us with your complete shipping address.

Guarantee/Refund/Cancellation Policy

We at Keke Lani Estate strive to provide the highest quality Kona coffee and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee purchase, please contact us via e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receiving your coffee, and we will replace the purchase at no additional expense to you.

Any order for coffee may be cancelled if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Your credit card and checking account information is secure and will not be shared with another company or individual. If you provide credit card information or checking account information over the telephone, we will destroy that information immediately following the transaction.
