Roasted Coffee (click to view available products) Our roasted, Estate Grade contains a combination of the following grades of 100% Kona coffee from our farm: Extra Fancy, Fancy, Number 1 and Peaberry. It is roasted to a medium roast and will be shipped as whole bean. If you would like for us to grind your coffee, please let us know your grind preference. We will roast and ship every Monday and Wednesday. If you are interested in a single grade, combinations of grades, or a different weight (for example 6 oz), please contact us.
	Green Coffee (click to view available products) After picking, processing and drying our coffee, we store it in parchment form in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. The moisture content will be between 10-12%. Our green, Estate Grade contains a combination of the following grades of 100% Kona coffee from our farm: Extra Fancy, Fancy, Number 1 and Peaberry. As we are a small, family farm, we limit our green sales to 10 pounds per order. If you are interested in a single grade (for example, Peaberry), or other combinations of grades, please contact us.
