Green Coffee

After picking, processing and drying our coffee, we store it in parchment form in a temperature and humidity controlled environment. It will be milled to green coffee upon receiving your order. The moisture content will be between 10-12%. Our green, Estate Blend contains a combination of the following grades of 100% Kona coffee from our farm: Extra Fancy, Fancy, Number 1 and Peaberry. As we are a small, family farm, we limit our green sales to 10 pounds per order. If you are interested in a single grade (for example, Peaberry), or other combinations of grades, please contact us.
